A New Law for a righteous nation - Pastor Emmanuel Ogbechie

Isaiah 62:2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.

3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

We are a righteous nation. Isaiah prophesied many years ago and called us a righteous nation and keepers of the truth of God's word.

I am a righteous nation and a keeper of the truth of God's word. Alleluia!

God has given us the gift of righteousness and today He keeps us in perfect peace as our minds are stayed on Him: because we trust in Him.

Note the reason why God keeps us in perfect peace. He does so because we trust in Him.

How do we stay our minds on God? We do so by keeping His words always before our eyes. As we do He keeps us in perfect peace.

Isaiah continued his prophecy to us the righteous nation by admonishing us to live by trusting in the Lord.

Isaiah 26:4 declares "Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:"

I motivate you today to live by trusting in God. Trust God for ever. Ttust Him for everything you need. Trust Him with all your heart and do not lean on your understanding.

As New Creations in Christ Jesus, we no longer live under the law of Moses, rather we now live under a  new dispensation where we prosper by simply trusting God.

Under the righteousness of the law, those who keep the law, live by keeping the rules according to Romans 10:5.

Romans 10:5  For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.

Under the law you live by doing the law, however in Christ Jesus "the just shall live by his faith."

We are the just. In Christ Jesus we have been Justified from all things from which we could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Faith is now the new law under which we are expected to live today.

Galatians 2: 20  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

21  I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Faith is the New law for a righteous nation. If you have made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, then you are crucified with Christ. Nevertheless you live; yet not you, but Christ lives in you.

The life which you now live everyday in the flesh you have to live it by the faith of Jesus Christ who loved you and gave Himself for you.

I encourage you not to frustrate the grace of God. God in grace has given you all things freely to enjoy. All He requires of you now is to believe and receive.

Let grace reign in your life today. Grace reigns when you believe God and take Him at His word.

Make this confession "I am a righteous nation. Christ lives in me and I live by a New Law, even the law of Faith. I am a believer and I practice believing God's word in Jesus name"
